Josie Wallace is a Housing Counselor with extensive experience in foreclosure prevention, financial counseling, and homebuyer education. She has a proven ability to guide individuals and families through complex housing challenges by delivering comprehensive counseling and navigating both federal and private assistance programs. With a background in mortgage counseling, loan processing, and bankruptcy support, Josie brings a unique blend of analytical, regulatory, and customer service expertise. She excels at assessing borrower readiness, implementing CFPB and HUD compliance requirements, and fostering long-term financial stability for clients. Throughout her career with organizations such as Southside Community Development Housing Corporation and the Neighborhood Assistance Corporation of America, Josie has been recognized for her ability to streamline processes, support successful grant renewals, and build strong client relationships. Outside of her professional work, Josie is actively engaged in her community, volunteering with People With Purpose, NAACP, We Care, United Way, and Habitat for Humanity.
