SUMMARY
The Homebuyer and Community Coordinator is responsible for recruiting, preparing and informing prospective homeowners for community land trust homeownership. The Homebuyer and Community Coordinator is responsible for engaging the wider community around MWCLT’s mission and programs and understanding the emergent needs of the communities we serve. The Homebuyer and Community Coordinator reports to the Chief Executive Officer of MWCLT and as such supports MWCLT’s mission to deliver and steward permanently affordable housing within the Richmond region. The ideal candidate will have a commitment to racially equitable, permanent affordable housing.
