Virginia Housing’s Education and Training Team is partnering with the Maggie Walker Community Land Trust (CLT) to provide a special Homebuyer Education Class on December 6.
This workshop is intended for individuals who need to complete or renew their Homebuyer Education course for loan eligibility.
Who Should Attend?
This special class is for:

Homebuyers whose Virginia Housing Homebuyer Education Certificate has expired.

Maggie Walker CLT clients preparing to purchase a home.

Anyone referred by Maggie Walker CLT who needs to renew/complete a Homebuyer Education course for loan eligibility.
