Here comes the sun…

We had some big news last month! On May 17, Henrico County announced a massive $60 million Housing Trust Fund, as well as their intention to use it to fund a massive expansion of the CLT in Henrico.

Our next online information session is next Tuesday, June 11th at 6pm via Zoom. If you’re interested in the program, we hope to see you there. As well, VHA is now accepting applications for our 2024-2025 AmeriCorps VISTA member! Apply here by July 18.

New MWCLT website launches

Our new website is online. We contracted with Shapes & Colors to design our new brand identity and build our online presence, and we couldn’t be happier with the results! As well, we’ve redesigned the content of our website to more clearly guide potential homebuyers through our process. Stay tuned later this year as we continue to add helpful content for current homeowners and more!
