Since we began in 2017, MWCLT has helped nearly 100 households attain their homeownership dream.
As a homeowner, your ground lease is $100 per year, which we will invoice yearly.
PLEASE NOTE:
- If you are paying for one quarter, keep the quantity set at 1.
- If you are paying for multiple quarterly invoices, please change the quantity to reflect the number of invoices you’d like to pay. (Set the quantity to 4 if you are paying for the year)
- Enter your CLT home address as the “shipping address”
