Daronte Rollins, MSW is the Construction Project Manager with Maggie Walker Community Land Trust. As a career social worker, he sees his role as critical in creating homeownership opportunities in underinvested communities. He is most passionate when it comes to Clean, Affordable, and Accessible Housing for all communities which he serves. His biggest career achievement is his role in establishing the Mutual Self-help Housing program during his time at Caroline County Habitat for Humanity. His work resulted in the building of 15 homes over the span of 3 years and continues to offer the opportunity for homeownership in his hometown of Caroline. His background overlaps in economic, real estate, and community development as well as local government and zoning practices.
