Jack Thompson was recently on staff with Richmond Metropolitan Habitat for Humanity from 2011 – 2018. He joined as Vice-President of Construction & Real Estate. In this role, he oversaw the acquisition and development of Richmond Habitat’s single-family homes, the sale of donated property, and the strategic planning for the affiliate. Jack has 15 years of experience in real estate sales and single-family home construction.
Prior to joining RMHFH, he worked as a Realtor with Hometown Realty, assisting clients buying and selling residential real estate and as the General Manager for Lockridge Homes where he managed the sales, financing, and construction processes for customers building on their land in 25 counties throughout Central Virginia. Jack’s public service includes currently serving as a Commissioner on the Richmond City Planning Commission. He earned his Bachelor’s in Business Administration degree from The College of William & Mary.
